Dr. Kelly grew up on a farm north of Pasco in a large family — where his dad still farms potatoes, and where he learned the work ethic he brings to the operating room.
He and his wife — both from the area — chose to raise their five kids right here, and to bring elite orthopedic care home to the Tri-Cities.
